I had to listen to this for choir rehearsal. And it is a blessing. I truly enjoy this song. Every praise… My God
I agree with what you’re saying. There isn’t a balance. God does require our Praise and our Worship but I still think the Kurt Carr’s, Richard Smallwood, Ricky Dillard, Donald Lawrence is still important. I absolutely know where your coming from.
Thank you Hezekiah Walker I love you I truely love this song listen to it several times a day praising our GOD with singing it along with you and your choir. Keep up the good work waiting on your new cd
This is it for 2013 EVERY Praise is to our God!
i love this song. i heard this song on sunday on the radio
I love this song, every praise and worship is our God!
I love the lyrics on this song. The truth is that every praise is to our God. Every word of worship should be on one accord. This is corporate praise for God the almighty. We need to sing more to Him above because our praise should be to God at all times. Also we have to remember that in order to meet people where they are at sometimes the old stuff does not work. If its biblical its okay. Keep up the good work Hezekiah, God is truly working in your life.
Hezekiah Walker is about to have a new CD coming out released VERY SOON. I love you, Hezekiah Walker! I am your #1 fan!
Does anybody know if he released the lyrics?
I love this!!!!!!
Say it again!!
This is what I’m talking about….when you can dig deep into the song’s meaning and believe within your heart of hearts that every praise…..IS to our God. You can claim that healing and know that the situation is over and done. You be blessed!
I hear your comments and you’re entitled to them. Keep in mind this is one song. Praise is something that should be uplifting. This is a direct message….Every Praise is to Our God. Some…a lot of the newer stuff (which is what it is) has no business being considered Gospel. Hez W. Well done!!
Exactly. Being a number one Hez fan, I have to critic the sound. I reeealy felt like after “The Experience”, the sound just….changed. To me, the song Souled Out” is an exception cause that song is a blast, but other than that, meh. Every album from “I’ll Make It, 1987″ to “Family Affair 2, 2002″ was the REAL choir sound! Anf you’re right, I want a new song. The song is great because its to God, as far as sound….I dunno, guess I gotta listen to the album. I don’t hate it but dont like it….
I TOTALLY agree. In fact, I really enjoyed the song “Souled Out”. That was slammin. This song is great for worship, buuuut it aint the LFCC I knew. And it sounds like “Your all I need”, which is a great song in of it self. But hopefully, more of this album will have the “LFCC” factor.
the orignal LFCC needs to do a Cd….. back in the day hezekiah walker had the best church band and choir in my opinion…
I like its a simple song
I love this song so much. I have two severe illness and this song helps me to push pass the pain. It brings joy to my Spirit, which helps bring comfort to me.Glory be to God and he deserves every PRAISE! My Opinion.
I love this song I play it over and over dailly bc every praise is to our GOD
Loved this song because every praise should be to our God!
Nice song! I’m traditional but I like the style. Everything we do should be to our God!
Sounds like more more of a Hez and the The Love Fellowship Praise Team. IJS
I miss LFCC, now that was some slammin’ days!
MY 14 year old daughter cannot relate to Richard Smallwood so I MUST expose her to music that will minister to her (this generation). Music of each generation is based on the cultural experiences of that time. I cannot expect a slavery spiritual to do for me what it did for Mahalia Jackson. So just because this song does not minister to you, does not mean it cannot reach someone of THIS generation.
Songs don’t cast out demons. It is The POWER of the Holy Ghost(and these things come by prayer and fasting). Just because a song doesn’t minister to YOU does not mean it does not have Power to reach someone else. Not ever generation can relate to Richard Smallwood so there HAS to be something that will reach them.
i agree… I miss the old Hezekiah Walker and LFT…
You would think after being judge on how sweet the sound he would realize that people yearn for choir music not this overdubbed praise team that’s littering the Gospel industry right now…this doesn’t even sound like love fellowship
Actually, this style is 80’s rock, check out The Police “I’ll Be Watching You” and Journey.
I have to agree with you. I have to give this song credit, because instead of pulling it’s pulling from oddly 80’s rock. The guitar part is from The Police and the bridge and vamp is from 80’s journey. I guess that the new trend. For the good stuff in Gospel check out Charles Jenkin’s & Followship Best of Both Worlds It’s as good as the 90’s Gospel.
The music is to I’ll Be Watching You by the Police
Yes this is a old song, but I like what he has done with it, and I would like to see if our choir at church will sing it. Thank you.
This is my 4 year old song…. He wakes up signing it… Every praise
WE ALWAYS HAVE REMAKES SINCE THE BEGINNING OF GOSPEL MUSIC!!! I LOVE REMAKES CAUSE ITS SHOWS US HOW FARWE COME AND HOW INNOVATIVE WE CAN REALLY BE!!! HOW MANY VERSIONS OF AMAZING GRACE HAVE U HEARD? SO ITS ALL GOOD!!!
YOU KNOW WHAT KAEL THIS IS TE ERA WE ARRE LIVING IN!! THOSE SONGS WILL ALWAYS BE THE STAPLE OF GOSPEL MUSIC BUT WE HAVE TO MOVE ON WITH THE TIMES!!! BUT IF U NOTICE WHEN YOU GOTO A CONCERT THA THEY WILL ALWAYS BRING ONE OF THE OUT CAUSE IT WAS THOSE SONGS THAT CAST OUT DEMONS AND GOT FOLKS DELIVERED SO THEY STILL THERE ALWAYS!!!!
Oldie but Goodie. I wish he would have done more vocally to make it his own. It is written by David Bratton and recorded by a couple people. Surprised something hit South Carolina before it got recorded by someone big. The music originality is good though
Love This Song!!! Choir is singing this on Easter!
Catchy song you can sing along to
I like very much!!!!
